AboutThe Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) is a subsidiary and the premier aviation and land development arm of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA). It is also tasked by the Department of Transportation (DOTr) to exercise oversight functions over the Clark International Airport while managing the 2,367-hectare Clark Aviation Capital, the aviation-centric business capital of the country with a dynamic ecosystem combining aviation, logistics, commerce, and sustainable urban development contributing to national economic progress. CIAC is a non-chartered Government-Owned and Controlled Corporation (GOCC), duly registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission.
