Two foremost business leaders at the Clark Freeport Zone are upbeat on the recent appointment of CIAC President and CEO Aaron Aquino (right, in photo). Dr. Irineo ‘Bong’ Alvaro, Jr. (left) and Dr. Francisco Villanueva, Jr. (beside Alvaro), chairman and president, respectively, of the Clark Investors and Locators Association (CILA) recently paid a visit to welcome Aquino at the latter’s office, both saying that “Aquino can be an effective head for the CIAC.”
