ICMYI: VP Nancy Paglinawan is CIAC OIC. Paglinawan, current Vice President for Finance and Administration, is a certified public accountant by profession who holds a Master’s degree in management from the University of the Philippines, and served as state auditor in various government agencies before leading the CIAC’s financial team in 2012.
She was appointed CIAC’s vice president for finance in 2020 and, in spite of the decline in the agency’s revenues because of the privatized airport operations, Paglinawan enabled the CIAC to pay all of its outstanding bank loans and remit a record number of dividends to the national treasury.
