Clark development stakeholders. Part of the officials that participated in the Clark Development Stakeholders’ Roadshow conducted yesterday by the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) at the Royce Hotel in the Clark Freeport Zone to promote the government’s “Build, Build, Build” development projects for Clark.
