Members of the Clark International Airport Corporation Gender and Development Technical Working Group (CIAC-GAD-TWG) on March 29, 2023 distributed some 200 Hygiene kits and other items to women beneficiaries in Barangay Sta. Catalina, Minalin Pampanga as part of CIAC’s activity in the month-long National Women’s Month.
The activity was held at the San Pedro Calungsod Parish Church in Barangay Sta. Catalina and was spearheaded by Rev. Father Jason Canlas who personally assisted the CIAC-GAD-TWG in donating the said items to women participants in the barangay. During the short program, Fr. Jason expressed his gratitude to CIAC Vice-President and GAD Chairperson Nancy Paglinawan and GAD TWG Head Riza G. Lozano for the assistance given to women beneficiaries.
CIAC employees Edward Rivera and Napthali Quiambao serenaded the women before handing out the items. CIAC has been in the forefront of providing support and recognizing the role of women in the society as well as providing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to the surrounding communities of the Clark Civil Aviation Complex.
