Members of the Clark International Airport Corporation Gender & Development Technical Working Group met on November 16, 2022 to give updates on the forthcoming 18-day Campaign Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC) slated on November 25 to December 12, 2022. The VAWC is supported by the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) which oversees the implementation of the said project.
Among the items discussed, is the preparations in the observation of the 18-day campaign VAWC which will involved members of the technical working group and some CIAC employees.
GAD Head and COMREL OIC Manager Riza G. Lozano asked the members for their full cooperation and support in the coming VAWC event at CIAC. The lined up activities include a Special Flag Raising Ceremony highlighting the VAWC, distribution of VAWC Official T-shirts, Umbrellas, Spray Bottles, Automizer, the installation of colored orange balloons along the CIAC lobby before November 25.
