The Clark International Airport Corporation Gender and Development Technical Working Group conducted on June 5 & 7, 2024 GAD Orientation Seminar to Locators held at the CIAC Security Conference room.
The GAD Orientation was spearheaded by GAD Focal Head Riza Lozano who discuss to participants the importance of Gender issues in the working environment as well as the Magna Carta of Women (Republic Act No. 9710) defines Gender and Development Program (GAD) as the development perspective and process that is participatory and empowering, equitable, sustainable, free from violence, respectful of human rights, supportive of self-determination and actualization of human potentials.
