CIAC welcomes Engr. Brando Aguilera’s appointment as its new Vice-President for Operations and Business Development Group.
Engr. Aguilera handled the construction of the Sacobia Bridge, the Airport to New Clark City Access Road (ANAR) and other big ticket projects during his stint as BCDA Project Management Officer V.
