Clark International Airport Corporation personnel headed by Chief Finance Officer Nancy Paglinawan, who also chairs the CIAC Gender and Development Program, participated in a seminar on March 19, 2025 titled “Mental Health: Bawat Sektor ng Kababaihan Iaangat” at the Taal Vista Hotel in Tagaytay City, Batangas with Dr. Anna Lizza Mañalac as resource speaker. Dr. Mañalac is a fellow of the Philippine Neurological Association and the Philippine Psychiatric Association who stressed the importance of opening conversations in the workplace, engaging communities, and providing tools to improve individual and collective mental well-being. The activity is part of CIAC’s celebration of Women’s Month and is organized by the CIAC GAD-Technical Working Group.
