The Clark International Airport Corporation Technical Working Group conducted the first face to face Gender Sensitivity Training (GST) for CIAC employees and locators on October 10 & 11, 2022 held at Xenia Hotel Clark Freeport, Pampanga. The GST is part of the CIAC Gender and Development (GAD) Plans and Programs.
CIAC-TWG is headed by GAD Chairperson and Vice President for Admin and Finance Nancy C. Paglinawan and GAD Focal Point Head and OIC COMREL Riza Lozano. The GST is an initial effort to show how gender shapes the roles of women and men in the society, including their role in development, and how it affects relations between them. It is given to those who have very little gender awareness or none at all.
