The Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) joins the 2022 National Women’s Month Celebration in cooperation with the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) which sets the national women’s month celebration theme”We make Change Work for Women.”
CIAC has lined-up several programs for this year’s celebration that aims to empower all women and girls and promote advocacy towards gender-balanced environment in the state-owned corporation.
Among this year’s activities are as follows:
Display of Women’s Month Official Streamer at CIAC gate, Post on CIAC Website Information, photos, videos, articles, or activities in line with the women’s month celebration, Wearing of color purple T-shirt.
CIAC will also conduct online seminars to CIAC employees and locators in two batches such as Talk on Mental Health: Keeping Your Emotional Health with mental health break activity for women employees. CIAC locators will also take part in the Gender Mainstreaming activities via webinar on Emotional health seminar.
The women’s month celebration activities also includes Serbisyo Para Kay Juana Treats to Children at the Duyan ni Maria Children’s Home who were abandoned, abused and neglected. They will be given treats such as toiletries and among others.
CIAC will also conduct the Executive Briefing to MANCOM members that aims to enligthen the members on the Principles of GAD and increase appreciation of GAD activities. Others include Gender Sensitivity Training for CIAC employees and locators, Harmonized Gender and Development Guidelines (HGDG) and Gender Analysis.
