To create positive and gender-responsive impact on communities affected by operating the Clark International Airport (CRK). We will plan, implement and monitor holistic programs aimed at improving the quality of life of the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and the families they left behind, victims of human trafficking, differently-abled, indigenous people, marginalized groups, host communities and other stakeholders of CRK. We will do this through Community Organizing (CO) approach and other social-capital mechanisms to ensure effectiveness and sustainability.
